Burlingame Shores will be a new business park development
in the Coyote Point area of San Francisco Bay. Enthusiasts in this premier
windsurfing area, insisted the buildings be designed to cause minimal impact

Our challenge was to develop a brochure that conveyed an environmental sensitivity,
serenity and quality of life, while depicting building amenities. Scenic photographs
coupled with 3D building renderings printed on recycled stock achieved the
goal.
